Spanish Polytunnels

Between July 2004 and December 2006 when the matter was concluded in the High Court we campaigned for a large grower of soft fruit called the Hall Hunter Partnership to submit a full planning application for its massive Spanish polytunnel development at Tuesley Farm, near Godalming. This was a test case for this sort of development and the High Court decision has become the leading legal authority in this area.
