Two new campaigns we are starting up:

1 Citizenship cookies: Hilary is trialling a project at her local school to educate students at different keystages on the global implications of ingredients in food. The first stage of the trial has been completed with students at a local school.

2 Himalayam Balsam: This is rapidly becoming a major pest in our local waterways. we are currently looking at what the options are in maintaining it, and what other local organisations are currently doing so that we can encourage a more concerted approach to dealing with it.

We are always open to new initiatives and are keen to work in partnership with other local community groups or organisations.

Currently we are hoping to develop a sub group of 16 to 25 year olds who are keen to engage in environmental projects.
